METFORMER ADL III 1500

ADL III 1500 AUTOMATIC DUCT PRODUCTION LINE
This machine is designed for the production of rectangular ventilation ducts. It is capable of manufacturing flat sheets as well as U-shaped and L-shaped duct components without the need for additional programming. It can also produce one type of Pittsburgh lock in an L shape. The Auto Duct Former is equipped with a Servo Motor and Servo gearbox, which eliminate measurement errors. The drive for the bender and guillotine is operated by a hydraulic system. The machine is fitted with two types of profiling: Z-type and trapezoidal type. It also features a selector for changing sheets across 3 sets of decoilers.
