Description:
Semi-automatic circular saw for cutting solid and hollow aluminium materials as well as light metal alloys, equipped with an electro-welded carbide tipped blade.

Standard configuration:
- Machine suitable for mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left.
- The vertical alignment allows for saw operations with a head inclined from 0° to 45° left.
- * MEP features the latest generation of microprocessor controllers developed for semi-automatic machines, with single-axis control.
- FEATURES: At the beginning of the cycle: - Vice closes and motor starts – saw head descends for cutting – motor switches off – saw head lifts – vice opens.
- New – 16-character x 2 line display to show the following technical parameters: + Number of cuts performed + Cutting time + Ammeter + Displays over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings
- New – Display and log of alarm and error messages with the ability to view the incidents occurred.

Electrical equipment:
- New – Low-voltage control panel: Membrane keypad made of polyester with thermoformed, raised pushbuttons and actuation control signal.
- Saw bow stroke can be programmed directly from the control panel, adjustable according to the material to be cut.
- Ball-bearing mounted rotary table for easy and precise rotation.
- Clamping system consisting of two front-mounted vices, freely positionable along the longitudinal axis of the workpiece.
- Adjustable mechanical stops for quick positioning of the head at 0° and 45° right/left.
- Chip conveyor prepared for OPTIONAL exhaust system.
- Automatic blade lubrication system, only activated at the start of cutting.
- Machine supplied without saw blade.
- Prepared for installation of the optional minimal blade lubrication kit, in addition to the standard coolant-based lubrication with emulsion oil.
- Tool kit and operating manual with spare parts list included.
