Input errors are minimized, allowing for simple and reliable creation of production orders by different operators. MEBA High-Performance Package: - Saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring, ensuring optimal conditions for every cutting task; i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles. - Fast and precise material length feed via rack and AC drive with a max. stroke length of 2300 mm and integrated roller conveyor up to 3000 mm - Both sides of the clamping jaws of the feed system can be opened - Ribbed bars for heavy material transport - Saw frame in heavyweight, low-vibration welded steel construction Bwedpoulnb Dsfx Ai Eow - Saw band tilted 3° relative to the material support surface for maximum cutting performance and service life when sawing structural steel profiles - Combined saw band guide - Precision bearings for gentle saw band redirection - Chamfered carbide sliding guides for the saw band guides - Miter pivot point (zero point) is the intersection of the saw band and fixed clamping jaw: no change in length measurement with varying angle positions - Automatic compensation of kerf width at every angle position - NC angle programming at the control panel (these models always with free-standing panels) - Patented double-miter clamping system (ERP No.), automatic positioning of the clamping fixtures — the material clamping unit moves with the desired miter angle automatically in the material flow direction, ensuring the material is always clamped square and close to the saw band. Material clamping with full-stroke cylinders - Rapid downfeed of the saw frame via automatic height detection up to just above the material. For serial cutting, the saw frame only moves just above the material, allowing a new cut section to be positioned - Optimized cycle times for single and serial cuts - AC frequency-controlled saw band drive, continuously variable 15 - 150 m/min - Backlash-free, low-maintenance linear ball guides on the material in...
