The saw carriage, equipped with the main and scoring saw unit, runs on a hardened and ground round shaft guide system. The extremely smooth operation of the saw carriage at cutting speeds from 5 to 100 meters per minute is ensured by the high-precision gear and rack drive system. High-end cut edges are achieved via automatic cutting height adjustment for optimal saw blade entry angles and the superior smooth running of the saw carriage. The dual measuring system ensures the highest possible repeat accuracy. The pressure beam opens according to material height, minimizing material handling times. The “Greenline Package” with controlled extraction sliders and direct motor control can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%.
