The MM bulk dispensing units are specially optimised for use with structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC, combining a robust, durable, and maintenance-friendly design to ensure long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive application.
The machine is suitable, after corresponding modifications, for dispensing all 2-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxy resins, methyl methacrylates, and others.

BASIC FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:
A pneumatic drive motor, powered by pure compressed air, drives the adhesive and activator gear pumps (= metering pumps) via a chain drive system. These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator feed pumps, which are also pneumatically powered. In this way, components A and B are kept separate but are pumped through a set of hoses to a dispensing gun in the preset ratio, where both components are mixed together at the gun outlet by a static mixing nozzle. As a result, the entire dispensing system requires little to no cleaning. The flow rate, which controls the application speed, is adjustable via the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
