With the bath pasteurizer, you can pasteurize a variety of products such as jams, juices, creams, and much more. The water is heated by two heating elements, the bottles are placed in wire baskets and brought up to the desired temperature. Temperature control is fully automatic, and once the set temperature is reached, the system shuts off automatically.
