The Mathias Baeuerle CAS 52-B is an advanced and efficient folding machine designed for precise and automated folding tasks. Manufactured in 2001, the machine is currently in stock in Germany. It features four folding plates in the first unit and an automatic folding plate adjustment system for precise and consistent folds. The CAS 52-B is equipped with automatic paper thickness measurement, a control panel with seven pre-programmed standard fold types, and an electric double-sheet detector to prevent errors. It comes with a flat pile feeder for smooth material handling and a computer-controlled MB CAS 52 Multimaster folding module for highly accurate and repeatable folding operations. Thanks to a memory for 60 recurring jobs, the machine can efficiently handle large production volumes. The CAS 52-B also offers semi-automatic fold roller adjustment and a mobile delivery unit for added versatility and operator convenience. It processes materials up to a size of 520 x 850 mm.
