The Townsend SK 15-320 Skinner is a conveyor-driven skinning machine designed for the removal of pork skins from such products as bellies, jowls, back fat, slices, and other pork by-products. This versatile skinner can also be used for flat, heavy beef applications where large amounts of fat must be removed.
