The washing system comprises two preparation phases. Both treatments have independent sets of pipelines, pumps, cables, and spray guns to minimize mixing during phase changeover. Drains have dedicated valves for controlling fluid recovery. The car wash is equipped with logical control that manages all components.
Chemicals are pumped by a highly durable, acid-resistant AISI304 multi-stage pump (3 kW, 20 bar). For the rinsing phase, a high-pressure plunger pump with ceramic plungers (3 kW) is used, delivering 160–200 bar of pressure.
