Compaction Head
Two H-frames made of stainless steel casting connected by spacer bolts. Two laterally foldable rocker arms for simple and quick roll changes. The rocker arms are fixed by two tie rods which also absorb the compression forces of the compaction rollers. Includes a chamber insert to guide the product flow and two centre pieces for roll sealing.

Pre-compaction Unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be lifted off and swivelled to the side. The feed hopper (with 2 brake bars) includes a cylindrical/conical pre-compaction screw. When the pre-compaction unit is lifted, a limit switch shuts off the compaction rollers and the screw.
