MADREW AE-400

The AE-400 SERVO edger is designed for longitudinal edging and ripping of side boards fed into the machine at high speeds (100-400 m/min).

The machine works in direct integration with infeed and outfeed conveyors for boards in automatic mode. It is equipped with a top and bottom board scanner.

A maximum instantaneous capacity of up to 50 boards/min can be achieved when cutting 2.5m boards to the same width without changing saw spacing. Each adjustment of the edger's devices to the board's width alters the efficiency. The average machine capacity, depending on work configuration, ranges from 35 to 48 boards/min.
