A unique device for applying pre-treatment liquid before textile printing. Thanks to its large application area (40x60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as the M2, M3, M4, but also for printers with a smaller print area such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.
One of the main advantages is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is fitted with 4 independent, adjustable nozzles (you can apply to a small area, e.g., for left chest logo printing). Application time for the full 40x60 cm area is 4.5 seconds. Adjustable spray area in 2 cm increments (length from 2 to 60 cm). Large, clear LCD display. Up to 5 programmable positions/settings for area and amount of spray. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV
is a top-class device designed for professional application of pre-treatment fluid on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system providing high performance and easier operation during the textile pre-treatment process. The intuitive color touchscreen allows for easy adjustment of spray length and width, as well as effortless spray volume control. Each of the four nozzles can be activated individually.

This allows precise adjustment of the pre-treatment area (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.), while also saving substantial pre-treatment fluid compared to manual application with a pressure/air gun. The spray area length can be regulated in 2 cm increments using the touchscreen. There are 10 selectable settings for the amount of pre-treatment fluid applied.

The PRETREATmaker IV also has an automated nozzle cleaning process (approx. 12 ml/h usage), which keeps the nozzles clear and prevents drying or clogging.
