Aluminium Circular Saw UK 352 P, manual

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 352 P is an 'upcut' machine and is mainly used for cutting profile materials made of aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid material only to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its simple handling, quick and convenient material change, as well as easy mitre angle adjustment. The UK 352 P features a steplessly adjustable mitre range—up to 45° to the left and 0° to the right. Saw feed is automatic via push-button, and material clamping is effected by two pneumatically controlled vertical clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum-quantity lubrication unit and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction unit are also provided.

- Minimum-quantity lubrication system
- Air gun for cleaning the machine
- Saw blade diameter: 350 mm

Working Process:
1) Set the cutting angle
2) Insert the material
3) Move the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
4) Pneumatically clamp the material
5) Press the start button to start the saw blade
6) The sawing process must be performed manually using the hand lever
7) After the cut, switch the machine off!
