Aluminum Circular Saw UK 352 P, manual

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 352 P is an "upcut" machine predominantly used for cutting profile materials made from cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (solid material cutting is possible to a limited extent). This machine is characterized by its user-friendly operation, rapid and convenient material changeover, and easy adjustment of the mitre angle. The UK 352 P features a steplessly adjustable mitre range from 45° left to 0° right. The saw feed is initiated automatically at the press of a button, and material clamping is performed by two pneumatically controlled vertical clamping cylinders. As standard, this machine is equipped with a minimum-quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are also present.

Operational Sequence
1) Set the cutting angle
2) Insert the material
3) Move the clamping cylinder to within 20 mm of the material
4) Pneumatically clamp the material
5) Press the start button to rotate the saw blade
6) The cutting operation must be carried out manually via the hand lever
7) After the cut is complete, switch off the machine
