CNC-controlled tilting worktable: -90°/0°/+90° with intermediate angles. The machine is equipped with a 4kW electrospindle, 18,000 rpm, inverter-controlled, with a quick-change tool system (tool changer) and ISO30 spindle. Axis X, Y, Z, and W interpolation controlled numerically. Brushless motors for X, Y, Z, and W axis positioning. Includes 4 pneumatic double clamps, tool diameter correction via software. Axes run on linear guides. Left profile stopper. 10.4-inch color monitor (touchscreen with simplified, Windows-based graphics, Teamviewer for remote maintenance, special HICAM 2 / CAMPROX software for loading ISO files and running programs). Capable of editing longer parts.
