Repalletizing unit for 0.5l glass bottles, consisting of three machines: 1. Depalletizing: Here, pallets with filled modular crates are fed in and unstacked, while empty crates are stacked and conveyed out. 2. Repacking machine: At this station, 20-bottle modular crates are unloaded, 4-pack carrier cartons are unfolded, and filled/packed with bottles. 3. Case packer/palletizing: Here, the 4-pack carrier cartons are placed into pinolen crates, stacked onto pallets, and conveyed out of the system.
