For sale is a complete system, consisting of:
- Niko V2A incline elevator
- 3-head scale on V2A platform
- Piston dosing unit
- 1 x V2A tub, 1000 liters, with agitator
- 1 x V2A tub, 1000 liters, storage tank
- V2A form-fill-seal machine
- V2A conveyor belt

The system was used to fill various products into small 500 g bags. The previous operator placed great value on regular maintenance and maintained an extensive spare parts inventory. All spare parts will be included with the system.

It is possible to add liquid to the product via an additional piston filler (in this case, it was 1% brine).

The machine was last in operation on 27.03.2025. On 30.03.2025, we dismantled and stored it in one of our machine warehouses. Over the next 3–4 weeks, the system will be reassembled. Before reassembly, comprehensive cleaning and overhauling (servicing) of the components will be carried out. The platform and other components will be glass bead blasted prior to installation.

The system is expected to be fully reassembled and available for inspection by appointment as of 05.05.2025.

It is also possible to test and set up the system with your product.

Extensive modifications to the system are also possible, but will be subject to additional charges.
