PRETREATmaker IV

is a high-end unit designed for professional application of pre-treatment solution onto textiles. It features an advanced electronic system that ensures high performance and user-friendly operation of the textile pre-treatment process. The large color touchscreen allows easy setting of spray length and width as well as the amount of sprayed fluid. The device is equipped with four nozzles, each of which can be activated individually.

This enables precise definition of the pre-treatment application area (e.g., Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother…), while saving significant amounts of pre-treatment solution compared to manual application using a hand-held or air-pressure spray gun. The spray area length is adjustable in 2 cm increments via the touch panel. For setting the pre-treatment amount, 10 levels are available.

The Pre-treat maker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour), keeping the nozzles open and preventing them from drying out or clogging.
