The KVK 600 is ideal if you are seeking a mobile solution for stretch-wrapping your goods, or if you have items that are too large or too heavy for a turntable pallet wrapper. Thanks to its electric steering, the KVK 600 can be maneuvered easily to any corner of your warehouse. Its battery is designed for up to 8 hours of continuous operation.

The KVK 600 is equipped with a power-stretch system providing up to 300% film elongation. This significantly reduces your film usage, as 1 meter on the roll becomes 4 meters on the pallet. Furthermore, this system applies minimal tension to the goods, allowing even lightweight packages to be wrapped securely.

The KVK 600 also allows you to store up to 10 custom programs, in which you can set the speed and film tension for each step (bottom wraps, ascent wraps, top wraps, and descent wraps). This enables you to save individual programs for each packing scheme and achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password protected, ensuring operators can only select from the predefined programs. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrap settings. In addition to a photocell for detecting dark packages or black film, the KVK 600 can also be equipped with a taller mast and a set of exchangeable batteries with external charger.
