KVK 3 Slimline

Our KVK 3 Slim Line is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a turntable. It is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film elongation. With this pre-stretch system, you can generate up to 3.5 meters of wrap from 1 meter of film on the roll, significantly reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system results in minimal application tension, ensuring that even lightweight goods will not be pulled off the turntable.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is extremely stable and designed for loads up to 1,500 kg. The KVK 3 Slim Line is equipped with a 1,500 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,250 mm in height. With adjustable speeds for both turntable and film carriage, as well as a power-stretch unit controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your products. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is included as standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps.

The machine offers programs for 'up & down' (cross wrapping) as well as 'weatherproof' wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required.

If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by a forklift via integrated cut-outs.

Optional accessories include a suitable drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film.

This model is our clear recommendation if you regularly wrap very light goods or need to stretch-wrap more than approximately 20 pallets per day, provided your pallets do not exceed 800 x 1200 x 2250 mm.
