The LVD Strippit Global 30 punch press is equipped with 4 programmable rotary stations (D size). Each station can take an automatic rotation multitool head. Utilizing servo drive and CNC control, both the rotary stations and the turret itself allow for bidirectional rotation with 0.01-degree precision. The Auto Index rotary stations in the LVD Strippit Global 30 punch press operate via direct drives positioned directly above each station as part of the turret mechanism. 88.9 mm diameter rotary stations can be fitted with multitool holders, thus increasing the machine’s tooling flexibility and tool count. The multitool holders allow mounting either 3 or 8 punches and dies (12.7 mm or 31.7 mm diameter).
