Luna Machine Description:

"The 8835 is a roll bending machine for the production of louvres and reflectors with small radii, designed to meet the requirements of the latest small-diameter fluorescent tubes.

The machine is equipped with three independent lower rollers to minimize production time. All rollers are mounted in adjustable support bearings to allow easy roller adjustment for materials of various hardness and thickness. Deflection of the top roller is compensated by a tilting crossbar, which creates space for the bent part.

All rollers are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows programming of parts with constant radius and parabolic shapes. Up to 100 programs can be stored."
