Cobot Universal Robots UR10e incl. Control System and Lorch S5-RoboMIG XT + Kemper Extraction Unit VacuFil Compact

Offered here is a used Cobot UR10 package including welding system and extraction unit, fully functional. The equipment/package is being offered on behalf of a customer.

COBOT + S5-ROBOMIG XT:
The Lorch welding system S5-RoboMIG XT is equipped with a special cobot interface and a water cooling system with increased cooling performance. The interface/control panel as well as the wire feeder are mounted in a separate feeder case (intermediate hose package 1m). The package includes an LMR 450 W EVO torch with a length of 3.5m.

The package includes full-feature access with the following licenses:
• Motion (enables control of rotary table and linear axis)
• Assistant+QuickPoints (allows programming via multi-flange)
• Weaving (pendulum welding – linear and radial)
• Seamtracking (seam tracking to compensate for tolerances)
• Smartcopy (enables easy copying of programs)
• TouchSense (enables component position detection by probing with the gas nozzle)
• Fume Extraction (enables control of a torch extraction unit)

Additionally, the package includes a Cobot Move 2400 linear axis with a travel range of 2m, expanding the working range to 4.5m. The travel speed can be adjusted from 2 to 160 mm per second. Both the cobot and the Move linear axis are collaborative.

KEMPER VACUFIL COMPACT:
The high-vacuum extraction unit VacuFil Compact is designed for large volumes of welding fumes and dust, and is also included. It features a large, cleanable filter and convenient one-button operation suitable for use with gloves. Various optional equipment, such as automatic air flow control, is available. The side channel blower for vacuum generation ensures robust performance for industrial users. For further technical details, please refer to the data sheet.

SIEGMUND BRIDGE:
The package is completed with a bridge from Siegmund. The crossbeams, machine stands, and rotary device are also included.
