Automatic fine sanding machine for wood sanding (smoothing, denibbing, and edge breaking) or intermediate sanding of profiled window bars. Features Softdisc technology for visible surfaces as well as automatic profile and width adjustment.

- All sanding units feature linear guidance via linear ball bearing sets on hardened shafts
- Time-controlled dipping of all lamella roller units directly over the entering edges of the workpieces. This dipping allows the units to be set deeper into the profiles.
- Motorized workpiece thickness adjustment
- Variable sanding lamella speed via frequency converters for adjusting the sanding intensity (separate for discs, wide rollers, and side rollers)
- Disc units as Softdisc with hook-and-loop fastening for sanding discs (wood sanding)
- Infeed via three lower and one upper conveyor belts and spring-loaded pressure rollers, with infinitely variable speed 4–15m/min
- Touch panel adjustment of parameters: workpiece thickness, workpiece width (left side units individually), dipping depth of side units, spindle speed, feed speed
- Parameter storage as machine programs in program mode
- Operation in automatic mode with non-contact workpiece width detection and profile recognition as well as automatic adjustment of sanding units to workpiece width and profile shape (workpiece height is preset)
- Pneumatically sequenced powered infeed roller, automatic clamping of the workpiece, and feeding after unit adjustment
- Signal lights red/green for operation status indication
