LIMA Séparatrice RM400D

The Lima RM400D separator is designed for processing facilities looking to optimize meat recovery from bones or carcasses. This machine efficiently separates meat from bone residues using a controlled mechanical process. As a result, material losses are minimized and yield is improved, directly enhancing process profitability. Additionally, the machine ensures consistent separation quality, a key requirement for industrial-scale production.

Thanks to its operational principle, the RM 400 D is suitable for processing various raw materials. It delivers high yields, which vary depending on the product being processed. Therefore, it is equally well-suited for deboning pork bones or for processing whole poultry carcasses. Furthermore, the auger and drum design provides uniform pressure, ensuring a consistent and reliable separation.

This separator can be easily integrated into existing production lines, as its dimensions are compatible with many workshop configurations. Its robust construction enables continuous use in demanding industrial environments. Maintenance and cleaning are facilitated by easy access to main components, reducing downtime and ensuring continuous operation. This improves production continuity and overall system reliability.

Refurbished or offered as a used unit by Europ'Equipement, the Lima RM 400 D undergoes rigorous technical inspection. This ensures the end user receives a fully functional machine, ready for operation with no need for major modifications. Furthermore, purchasing pre-owned equipment is a cost-effective solution, allowing a controlled investment while maintaining performance that meets industrial requirements. Therefore, this separator is a sound choice for improving material yield and securing your processing workflow.
