Complete Overhaul of Gas Engine
The following tasks are performed during the complete overhaul:
Replacement of all wear parts, bearings, filters, and seals. Renewal or reconditioning of:

- Crankshaft and crankcase reconditioning
- Cylinder liners, piston rings (pistons also if required)
- Sensors
- Water pump
- Starter motor
- Cylinder heads
- Spark plugs
- Injectors and injection lines
- Thermostat housing
- Connecting rod and cylinder head bolts
- Oil modules
- Viscous damper

The following components are also inspected and replaced if necessary:
- Rocker arms
- Connecting rods
- Lubricating oil pump
- Gears

Scope of delivery is defined as follows:
-with starter motor
-with cylinder heads
-without exhaust manifolds (no manifolds)
-without turbocharger
-without charge air cooler
-without gas mixer
-without throttle valve
-without engine management and ignition system
-without charge air piping

The engine is equipped with the following sensors:
-Engine oil temperature sensor
-Engine oil pressure sensor
-Speed sensor (2 units)
-Ignition timing sensor

These are factory-refurbished units.
Note: Refurbished parts are those that, in addition to a standard function test, have been inspected for visible defects, and defective components have been repaired or replaced.

All exchange engines supplied via or by agriKomp GmbH require the return of an identical core unit. If the return is not made within 8 weeks of the exchange date, a charge of €10,000 will be invoiced subsequently.
