Machine Description:

The machine listed here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning the cross-machine operations are carried out while the cardboard remains stationary. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Carton Cutting Automaton):

- Linear cross-cutting group for head-to-foot cutting and cross cuts on the cardboard.
- Linear cross-scoring group for cross scores on the cardboard. (supplied as cross scorer, or cross scorer with perforation function)
- Longitudinal scoring groups from above for longitudinal scores on the cardboard
- Longitudinal cutting groups for performing longitudinal cuts

2) Dual Carton Magazines

Two carton magazines provide and feed the raw cardboard to the processing machine. Maximum stack height for fanfold corrugated cardboard is up to 2,200 mm.

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Contains all components necessary for operating and controlling the system. Control cabinet components are Siemens-based.

The machine will be available from July 2025 and will then be offered for sale.
