For sale: a complete line for packaging panels and worktops in shrink film. The line is dedicated to the industrial protection of products for transport and storage. This system allows for efficient, repeatable, and aesthetically pleasing packaging of large-sized elements.

The line consists of the following machines and equipment:

The line includes the following components:
1. ELEPHANT F-250 2017 vacuum loading crane with a lifting capacity of 250 kg for manual loading of panels/worktops
2. Belt conveyor with dimensions: length 3000 mm x width 1500 mm, equipped with a smoothly adjustable guide for centering panels/worktops
3. Automatic foil sealing unit with a magazine for foil reels supplied from above and below
4. Belt conveyor, length 6000 mm, width 1500 mm, transporting panels/worktops to the sealing unit
5. Automatic width adjustment unit (1500 mm to 150 mm), sealing and trimming foil on the edges of panels and worktops, and removing the trimmed foil via a crosswise belt conveyor
6. Heat tunnel with dimensions 2050 mm x 3700 mm, power consumption 55 kW
7. Powered roller conveyor, length 3000 mm x width 1580 mm, for receiving panels/worktops exiting the heat tunnel

The use of a 55 kW heat tunnel guarantees even shrinking of the film and an aesthetically pleasing end result. Adjustable working width allows for quick adaptation of the machine to various product formats.
