The ramp deck is made from galvanized grating. The platform grating is a major advantage of this ramp, unlike ramps with decks made from sheet metal, steel mesh, or rods placed on top. Forklift wheels do not slip when driving up this ramp, and they are also cleaned during ascent, preventing container or truck trailer floors from being soiled with mud or snow.
