Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hot-melt adhesive application on straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge function optional), high-frequency (HF) end trim saw unit, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double pressure rollers, extendable workpiece support rail, and signal lamp for workpiece sequence. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer roll materials as well as fixed lengths from 0.4–3.0 mm and workpiece height from 8–50 mm. • Automatic edge feed for roll material via rotary reel table D=600 mm.

• Infeed fence (400 mm) with support.

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of workpieces prior to edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with a 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess adhesive is automatically returned to the pot), fine-adjustable glue application via glue roller, separate adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is not used for longer periods but remains powered). Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drain/cleaning function for fast color change.

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness.

• Pressure zone consisting of a powered pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and an adjustable pressure roller with spring tension, for optimal joint formation between edge material and workpiece, pressure zone adjustment with mechanical SIKO indicator.

• High-frequency end trim saw, equipped with HF motor 0.21 kW, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades and high-precision linear guides for a clean and precise saw cut, equipped with extraction hood.

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters, suitable for radius and chamfer milling, horizontal and vertical scanning of the workpiece, unit adjustment with digital counters for different edge types, 2 chip extraction hoods with central suction connections 2 x Ø 100 mm, height adjustment of upper unit via top pressure.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW HF motor, switchable from the control panel. Option for single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

Optional finishing units (2 free spaces):

• Radius scraper unit – Removes any traces left by radius milling with a light scraping cut for a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Flat scraper unit – Cleans the workpiece surface of potential glue residue at the joint with a light scraping cut.
