Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application for straight workpieces, flush trimming unit with vertical radius (VR) function, high-frequency (HF) milling unit, chain feed, twin roller top pressure, and extendable workpiece support rail. Suitable for ABS and PVC edge banding rolls as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 2.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8 – 50 mm.

• Two counter-rotating, demand-activated jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free edging of the workpieces prior to edge application

• Teflon-coated glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot), finely adjustable glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature setting, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning when the machine is on but idle for extended periods). (Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge/cleaning function for quick color change.)

• Pressure zone consists of a driven pressure roller synchronized to the glue roller and an adjustable pressure roller with spring tension for optimal joint formation between edge material and workpiece, adjustable via SIKO indicator

• Flush trimming unit for front and rear workpiece edges incl. VR function (for vertical contours), HF motor 0.27 kW / 12,000 rpm, automatic tracing on the workpiece, with extraction hood

• High-frequency combination milling station, two powerful 0.27 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters, suitable for radius and chamfer trimming, horizontal and vertical tracing, unit adjustment equipped with digital counters for setting different edge types, height adjustment of the upper unit via the top pressure beam

• 5.6" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic standby temperature reduction, ON/OFF for units, and error diagnostics

• LED lighting inside the enclosure

• Optionally available: Riepe spraying systems for anti-adhesive or cleaning agent

Optional finishing units (2 free positions):

• Radius scraper unit: Slight scraping cuts remove any cutter marks and provide a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Surface scraper unit: Slight scraping cut removes any glue residue from the workpiece surface at the glue joint

• Buffing unit: 2 motors, 0.05 kW, 1,500 rpm, for a top-quality finish on ABS and PVC edge material
