The separator pneumatically separates light fractions from heavy ones. It is suitable for a wide range of waste materials sized 0-150 mm. This type of air separator is used for pre-shredded, shredded, or very fine materials. Thanks to our unique design, the separator provides multi-point adjustment at critical locations to ensure high purity of recovered fractions. The first section features the ZIGZAG module, equipped with an inspection hatch and adjustable feed gap for material flow. The second section houses the cyclone, which extracts the light fraction. Beneath the cyclone is a variable-speed rotary airlock for discharging the separated materials. At the top of the assembly, there is a fan with electronic speed control. The design is partially adapted for belt conveyor loading and unloading. The separator is fitted with a control cabinet with a safety system.
