Pelletizing plant suitable for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn stover, etc.), feedstuff, and more.

This is a complete (compact) plant, mounted on a base frame, consisting of the following components:

- Raw material storage bin, 4 m³, including agitator
- Hammer mill with 22 kW drive for size reduction of the raw material (e.g. wood chips)
- Inclined mixer for raw material, including level sensors and fully automatic moisture dosing
- Dosing bin for pressing aids (e.g. corn starch)
- Dosing screw for optimal material feed to the press (speed controlled)
- Press with 30 kW drive, featuring a horizontal ring die, discharge chute, temperature monitoring, overload protection, etc.
- Conveyor belt for pellet removal, discharge height approx. 2.5 m
- Drum screen for dedusting and cooling the pellets

The entire system is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with touch display! All parameters are continuously monitored, ensuring that the system automatically shuts down in case of malfunctions!

The plant is designed and preconfigured for operation with a second press!
