The L+M EcoCell 3.9-1200 C dust extraction system was built in February 2020 and provides a powerful and reliable solution for industrial extraction and filtration tasks. With an airflow rate of 3,000 m³/h, a power output of 5.50 kW, and robust ATEX certification (2014/34/EU), this system is ideally suited for use in potentially explosive environments. It features a state-of-the-art Reco RM-DPC Micro FP control unit and an FC-240 filter status display for precise monitoring and control. To enhance safety, a PAN-705 spark detection system is integrated. Nine high-performance filter elements ensure efficient separation of dust particles. The equipment also includes a VDL rotary valve with motor drive, a control cabinet with operating components, and an additional separator from WESCO.
