Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Fully automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing sawn or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.) as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

All necessary process parameters can be conveniently retrieved via the integrated material library based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. The system also displays a tool recommendation and the appropriate setup for each specific machining operation.

High precision of the polishing table reduces the formation of streaks during processing. Additional fixation points for side stops or other guiding aids enable flexible adaptation to any product.
