- The products offered are used, but have been completely overhauled, with all wear parts (O-rings, precision bearings, shaft seals, screws, retaining rings, Castrol oil) replaced.

Measurements and Testing:
- Precise measurements have been carried out, especially on axes and gearbox play. An 8-hour load test was also performed. (Gearbox play Axis 4 – 0.01 / Axis 5 – 0.01 / Axis 6 – 0.01).

Delivery and Packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box, with insured shipping.

Exchange of wrist assemblies:
- It is possible to receive the wrist unit on an exchange basis. Alternatively, it can also be purchased outright upon request.

Warranty:
- Each wrist unit comes with a 12-month warranty. For an additional charge, this can be extended to 18 months.
