Measurements and tests:
- Precise measurements were carried out, especially regarding axes and gearbox backlash. An 8-hour load test was also performed. (Backlash: Axis 4 - 0.01 / Axis 5 - 0.01 / Axis 6 - 0.01).

Delivery and packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box and shipping is insured.

Central Hand Exchange:
- It is possible to obtain the central hand as an exchange. Alternatively, it can also be purchased without exchange upon request.

Warranty:
- Each central hand comes with a 12-month warranty. For an additional charge, this can be extended to 18 months.

Express overhaul:
- Fast overhaul of KUKA central hands is offered, completed within 48-72 hours after receipt.
