Delivery and Packaging:
- The products are delivered in a special box, and shipping is insured.

Central Hand Exchange:
- There is the option to receive the central hand unit in exchange. Alternatively, it can also be purchased without exchange upon request.

Warranty:
- Each central hand is supplied with a 12-month warranty. For an additional charge, this can be extended to 18 months.
