Overview This KRONES Topmatic labelling machine was manufactured in 2011 and was previously deployed in a multi-use glass production line. The machine is designed as a main labeller with parallel infeed and outfeed, making it suitable for high-speed labelling applications. The system features two labelling stations: one for neck and front labels, and one for back labels. The neck label is applied with hot glue for sealing (tamper evidence), while the remaining labels are applied with cold glue. The machine is equipped with two glue pumps and comes with a spare hot glue unit. The back label station can be disengaged, while the front station is fixed. With 36 bottle plates and a production capacity of up to 33,000 bottles per hour, this machine is ideal for demanding returnable glass applications.
