Overview

This returnable glass bottle filling line consists primarily of equipment from KRONES, supplemented by selected components from other established European manufacturers such as Hormes, RINK, and HEUFT. The line is designed for a nominal capacity of 33,000 bottles per hour, covering all key process steps from depalletizing to palletizing. The labelling machine will be completed to the buyer's specifications, allowing the system layout to be adapted to the intended bottle and product range. This line is suitable for returnable glass beverage applications. Based on the listed machines, the line is configured for crate handling, bottle washing preparation, empty bottle inspection, high-performance filling and capping, and repacking into returnable crates. For bottles with screw caps, the RINK machine can be used before the bottle washer; for crown cork bottles, an additional format set is required as per your notes.
