The universally applicable assembly station for the production of wall, ceiling, and roof elements in timber frame construction.

- Heavy-duty base frame construction for a flat working surface.

- Clamping of elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic cylinders.
The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm.
Cylinder stroke is 320 mm; clamping force per cylinder approx. 420 kg / 4,200 N at 10 bar operating pressure.
Elements can be clamped in two groups (5 and 4 pieces), allowing two elements to be clamped/processed simultaneously.

- Working surface can be covered with wooden panels where technically feasible.
(Perforated steel sheet as an option, as shown in the picture)

- Bottom stop system with 9 removable dowel pins and 7 lateral pins for dimensionally accurate elements.

- Tilting device for the assembly station via 3 hydraulic cylinders for element weights up to 4,000 kg to 85° (95°).
The hydraulic system is compactly integrated within the station frame.
The electric control cabinet is also installed protected beneath the assembly station.

- All functions are operated via a control pendant.

- Compressed air connection and socket are installed at both station ends; 2 sockets and 2 compressed air connections for hand tools are installed along the station’s length.

- The stations have a modular design, allowing for immediate or later expansion with a receiving station to form a complete turning station.

- Further options: assembly table without tilting function, perforated steel panels, or other working dimensions upon request.
