Accessories / Special equipment:

• This machine is a centreless grinding machine, specifically equipped for plunge grinding of cylindrical workpieces, featuring a manual loading device for raw parts and pneumatically operated unloading device for finished parts. Workpiece removal is manual.
• Currently fitted with a workpiece support bracket with rail matched to the workpiece diameter
• The regulating wheel slide is hydraulically controlled for plunge grinding via automatic cam control, with additional fine adjustment via a stepper motor
• The grinding slide is stationary and houses only the hydraulic wheel dressing device.
• The lower regulating wheel slide can be pivoted up to 3° and supports the workpiece rest, allowing for easy correction of cylindricity errors. The upper regulating wheel support can also be tilted by ±5°.
• Hydraulic dressing device mounted above the regulating wheel, adjustable for dressing of shoulder profiles; behind the grinding wheel with copy template and stepper motor feed for the diamond dresser, including compensation. Equipped with a high-pressure coolant nozzle for wheel flushing/diamond cooling.
• The regulating wheel drive is steplessly variable, dresser speed 315 rpm, speed indicator included.
