Special workbench systems from the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series are 3D clamping workstations designed for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding constructions, e.g., jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the extensive clamping accessory range (see catalog section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be flexibly configured as fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small to medium series.

The special workbenches feature a worktop with either 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thickness, equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. In addition, the table top has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The table perforation allows the use of various clamping elements and positioning aids. For specific applications, the tabletop surface can, upon request, be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, deviating from the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear, making the table system particularly sustainable.
