Welding and assembly tables of the SMT fix series are robust, everyday workstations suitable for handling heavy workpieces, operating electrically powered tools, and working with chemical or oily substances. The solid steel worktop, up to 20 mm thick, can withstand heavy impacts and blows—such as those frequently encountered when using heavy hand tools or handling very heavy metal workpieces—without sustaining permanent deformation or notching.

The metallic work surface allows unrestricted use of magnetic clamps for securing components. Thanks to its high dead weight, this universally usable table provides sufficient stability against tipping—even at a working height of 800 mm—when loaded with heavy objects or tools.
