This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standard with a manual hydraulic system within a range of 800 mm (other heights available on request). Like the SST fix series, the worktop features a 100 x 100 mm grid with Ø 28 mm holes. When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, testing) can be adapted to the clamping table height of the machine.

The table systems can be easily relocated with a pallet truck. These mobile systems, featuring various fastening and safety options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on-site and transported for repairs to maintenance.

Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. The following Table 2 provides an overview of the available standard models.
