This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the specific requirement, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standardly performed via manual hydraulics, adjustable within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available on request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid.

When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, testing) can be adapted to the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools, thanks to various mounting and securing options.

After removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced locally and taken to maintenance for repairs. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be economically replaced in the event of wear.
