This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to the specific requirement, improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard via manual hydraulics in the range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or reworking devices (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adapted to the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with their various fastening and safety options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, the tools can be safely maintained on site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear.
