Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series are designed as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive constructions, such as jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the assistance of the extensive clamping accessory range (see catalogue section: welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly reconfigurable fixtures, enabling high-quality production of small and medium series. The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, which is equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. In addition, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The table perforation allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can optionally be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminium, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, deviating from the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced affordably in case of later wear. This ensures the table system remains highly sustainable in use.
