This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements in order to improve both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is performed as standard via a manual hydraulic system in a range from 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available upon request). The worktop, like the SST Fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm, Ø 28 mm hole grid. When combined with processing machines, inspection or finishing devices (deburring, marking, inspection) can be aligned to the clamping table height of the machine. The table systems are easily relocated onsite using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can later be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear.
