Thanks to robust, long-lasting mechanical and hydraulic systems, a precise back gauge with ball screw, and a user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Our standard portfolio includes shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 m to 6 m. Custom options for greater thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to their particularly sturdy construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and back gauge are highly resistant to torsion and deformation, ensuring the highest cut quality.
By inputting the sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
