Thanks to its robust and long-lasting mechanics and hydraulics, precise backgauge with ball screw, and user-friendly CNC control, Dener guillotine shears are highly efficient production machines. Our standard portfolio includes shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm, and cutting lengths from 3 m to 6 m. Of course, higher sheet thicknesses and longer cutting lengths are available on request.
Dener guillotine shears owe their long service life to their particularly rugged, fully welded frame design. The entire machine body, cutting beam, and backgauge are resistant to torsion and deformation, ensuring the highest cutting quality.
By entering sheet thickness and material type, the CNC control automatically calculates the required cutting angle and blade gap.
