Lifting Automation System for Circulating Pallets

The lifting automation system is specifically designed for transporting and stacking both empty and loaded customer-specific pallets (please note the requirements for pallet accommodation).

Hoisting Unit
The hoisting unit is integrated into the two main beams and consists of 4 hydraulic cylinders and eight flyer chains. Synchronous movement of the 4 lifting sections is hydraulically controlled and monitored by sensors.

Carriage Frame
The carriage frames also house the drive units and motors. The carriage runs on horizontal roller guides along the crane rail.

Technical Platform:
The platform houses the central hydraulic unit as well as the main control cabinet of the lifting automation system.

Crossbeam:
The crossbeam is used for picking up pallets. It is responsible for gripping, lowering, lifting, and transporting the pallets. The crossbeam is equipped with 4 hydraulic grippers, which automatically engage.
